Creative Team Offsite

Role: Art Direction, Design

Each year, we have a team offsite and in the past we made a shirt for the team. This year, we decided it would be fun to allow each person to customize their own shirt. We are the creative team, after all.

Myself and another Art Director teamed up to design a sheet of graphics which were printed onto heat transfer paper. With a heat press set up at the event, each team member could go as crazy or as minimal as they chose with their graphic tee.


The Lowdown

I enjoy the nitty-gritty of creating design systems as much as putting them to work in 360 campaigns and digital experiences.

My goal is to help create a safe environment where great things can be made. I believe that asking the right questions is more valuable than spelling out the answers.
